as of December 2004. They are available to purchase
online at such places as Amazon.com,

Anime Corner Store and Barnes and Noble among other places.
They are very well done, with as much intact as possible to the original. Why mess with perfection?
Saiyuki Reload...the journey continues as the Sanzo-ikkou make their way west....
Now the Reload manga has been licensed for sale in the US and can be found anywhere manga is sold. (such as Amazon.com, Barnes and Noble, etc)
